|Ciabatta loaf||1 , cut in half lengthways|
|Tomato sauce||6 Tablespoon (Use A Good Quality Sauce)|
|Mozzarella||150 Gram, thinly sliced|
|Char grilled artichoke hearts in oil||3|
|Pitted black olives||50 Gram, cut in half|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, rinsed|
|Chili flakes||10 Gram (Dried Chili Flakes)|
1. Preheat the grill and toast the ciabatta lightly on both sides. Spread the cut sides thinly with the tomato sauce and sprinkle over a few chilli flakes.
2. Lay the mozzarella slices on top, then put three pieces of artichoke heart on top of the mozzarella on both halves of' the ciabatta. Scatter with the capers and olive halves.
3. Carefully return the ciabatta slices to the hot grill and cook until the mozzarella has melted.
