Shrimp and Pepper Pizza
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen shrimp||7 Ounce, cooked (1 Package)|
|Pizza crust||1 (Unbaked)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook green pepper and chopped onion in ' hot salad oil until tender. Stir in tomato
sauce, water, salt, oregano and Worcestershire sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in shrimp. Spread on pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
