Deep Dish Skillet Pizza

Ingredients
  Frozen white bread dough loaf 1 , thawed
  Bulk pork sausage 12 Ounce, browned and drained
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, drained, cut up (1 Can)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried basil leaves 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Grease 12-inch cast-iron skillet or grill-safe baking dish.
Spread bread dough evenly in bottom and slightly up sides of skillet.
Sprinkle with cooked sausage, mushrooms and onion.
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
In small mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, sugar, oregano, garlic powder, red pepper and pepper.
Spread on pizza.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake using indirect MEDIUM-HIGH heat with hood closed until crust is deep golden brown, 40 to 50 minutes.
Let pizza stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
