Antipasto Mini Pizzas

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 3/4 Cups, Contadina Pasta Ready Chunky)
  Canned water packed artichoke hearts 4 Ounce, drained and coarsely chopped (3/4 Cup)
  Canned sliced ripe olives 2 Ounce, drained (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Plain bagels 8 , lightly toasted, each half cut crosswise into 2 pieces
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Place bagel pieces, cut-side up, on cookie sheets.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture onto each bagel piece.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over vegetable mixture.
Bake in preheated 400°F oven 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
