Cheese Pizza Pocket
|Part skim ricotta cheese||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Diced seeded peeled tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced green bell pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
|Oregano leaves||1 Dash|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Pita breads||2 Ounce (2 Breads, 1 Ounce Each)|
In small bowl combine all ingredients except bread.
Slice pita breads horizontally, halfway around and open to form pocket; stuff with ricotta mixture.
Stand upright in small pan; bake at 400°F.for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
