Homemade Pizza Dough

A simple and easy way of making pizza dough using whole wheat flour along with all purpose flour and canola oil. Canola oil and whole wheat flour makes the pizza dough healthy.
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (375 Milliliter)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (375 Milliliter)
  Cocoa powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (150 Milliliter)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Strongly brewed coffee 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Miligram)
  Canola oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (75 Milliliter)
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
Directions

Spray a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) pan with canola oil spray. Cut waxed paper to fit bottom of pan and line cake pan. Spray the waxed paper with canola oil.
Sift sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a large bowl.
Whisk coffee, buttermilk, canola oil, eggs and vanilla in a second bowl.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix just until ingredients are combined.
Transfer batter to prepared pan and spread evenly. The pan will appear to be quite full.
Bake cake at 350°F (180°C) for 40–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on a wire rack.
When completely cool, spread with butter cream.
