Munchy Pizza Snacks
|Unsweetened oat cereal||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Bite-size shredded wheat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peanuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shoe string potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Corn chips||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Pizza seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy protein pepperoni bits||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine cereals, nuts, chips and potatoes.
Spread in two large shallow pans.
Stir the seasonings into the margarine and drizzle over the cereal mixture.
Toss and stir to coat well.
Bake at 300F for about 45 minutes stirring the mixture at 15-minute intervals.
Sprinkle with pepperoni bits and cheese.
Cool completely and store in airtight containers.
