Combine the tomato paste, garlic and onion salts, oregano, parsley flakes and butter.
Cook for 35 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Brown the ground beef lightly and combine with the sauce.
Spread on the sliced buns, then sprinkle with cheese.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake in 400-degree oven for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
