Franks And Beans Pizza

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned baked beans 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup, Without Meat)
  Pita 2 Ounce, toasted (1 Large Sized)
  Chicken frankfurters 3 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  Reduced-fat cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Ounce, shredded
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat; add onion, cover, and cook over medium heat until translucent, about 2 minutes. Stir in beans; cover and cook until heated, about 3 minutes.
2. On baking sheet arrange pita; top with frankfurters and onion-bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. To serve, cut into quarters.
