Franks And Beans Pizza
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned baked beans||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup, Without Meat)|
|Pita||2 Ounce, toasted (1 Large Sized)|
|Chicken frankfurters||3 Ounce, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices|
|Reduced-fat cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Ounce, shredded|
1. Preheat oven to 400Â°F. Spray small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat; add onion, cover, and cook over medium heat until translucent, about 2 minutes. Stir in beans; cover and cook until heated, about 3 minutes.
2. On baking sheet arrange pita; top with frankfurters and onion-bean mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. To serve, cut into quarters.
