Wholemeal Pizza

Ingredients
For base
  Self raising wholemeal flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Italian herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (As Required)
For topping
  Italian cooking sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 125 Gram, diced
  Cabonosi stick 1 , sliced
  Capsicum 1⁄2 , chopped
  Mushrooms 100 Gram, sliced
  Shallots 4 , chopped
  Chopped olives 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Tasty Cheese)
  Paprika To Taste
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Sift flour and herbs into a bowl, make a well in centre. Beat egg, oil and water together, pour into the flour, mix to soft dough. Turn out on to floured board, knead lightly. Grease a large dinner plate, press dough out to fit. Cook on HIGH for two and a half minutes.
2. Spread Italian sauce over the dough, cover with Mozzarella cheese, sliced Cabanosi, capsicum, mushrooms, shallots, olives and grated cheese, dust with paprika and spoon oil evenly over it all. Cook on HIGH for three to four minutes.
