1. Split English muffins in half and toast in toaster.
2. Mix tomato paste, oregano and garlic powder. Spread on toasted muffin halves. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
3. Top with desired optional ingredients.
4. Cut each muffin half into 4 pieces. Place 8 pieces in a circle on 2 individual paper plates. For each plate, cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at HIGH; or until cheese is melted.
