Pauper's Pizza With Cheese

  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Active dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 package)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned condensed bean with bacon soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Frankfurters 1 Pound, cut in 1/2-inch slices

Combine buttermilk, sugar and butter in medium saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly, to lukewarm.
Remove from heat.
Add yeast; stir to dissolve.
Stir in flour, salt and soda until blended and forms a stiff dough.
Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 1 minute.
Place dough on greased 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Cover; let rest 10 minutes while combining ingredients for Topping.
Pat out dough to a 12-inch circle.
Spread Topping to edge of dough; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake on bottom rack in oven at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting in wedges and serving.
Topping: Combine all ingredients; mix well
