Your Choice Pizza Crust

Ingredients
For basic pizza dough
  All-purpose flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), divided
  Fast rising yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (120 To 130 F)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.
Stir water and oil into dry ingredients.
Stir in enough water in remaining flour to make soft dough.
Knead dough on lightly floured surface about 4 to 6 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
