Your Choice Pizza Crust
|For basic pizza dough|
|All-purpose flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), divided|
|Fast rising yeast||1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (120 To 130 F)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast and salt.
Stir water and oil into dry ingredients.
Stir in enough water in remaining flour to make soft dough.
Knead dough on lightly floured surface about 4 to 6 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
