|Warm water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Active dry yeast||1⁄4 Ounce|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pizza sauce||8 Ounce (1/2 Can, Contadina)|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, grated|
|Thinly sliced ham/Thinly sliced beef sausage / any other favorite pizza topping||8 Ounce (Danish Style)|
|Fresh tomato||1 , thinly sliced|
Mix water and yeast until yeast is dissolved.
Mix in oil and salt.
Knead 5-10 minutes or until smooth.
Put in greased bowl and cover; let rise until double or about 1 hour.
Spread dough out on greased 12 inch diameter pizza pan.
Lightly grease top of dough.
Bake in 425 degree oven about 10 minutes.
Spread on pizza sauce, top with meat evenly.
Bake another 5-10 minutes.
Add grated Mozzarella cheese; bake another 5-10 minutes.
Slice into 8 serving pieces and garnish with fresh tomato slices.
