|Baking potatoes||48 Ounce (6 Large Size, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped green pepper/Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Frankfurters||8 Ounce, cut into thin slices (1 Package)|
|Canned pizza sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dried basil/Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese/Monterey jack / cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
Scrub and prick potatoes.
Bake in a 425° oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and fluff with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan cook green pepper or chili peppers and onion in water till tender; drain.
Stir in frankfurters, pizza sauce, and basil or oregano.
Cook about 5 minutes or till heated through.
Evenly divide sauce among potato halves.
Sprinkle with cheese.
