Pizza Spuds

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 48 Ounce (6 Large Size, 8 Ounce Each)
  Chopped green pepper/Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Frankfurters 8 Ounce, cut into thin slices (1 Package)
  Canned pizza sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dried basil/Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Shredded mozzarella cheese/Monterey jack / cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

Scrub and prick potatoes.
Bake in a 425° oven for 40 to 60 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and fluff with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan cook green pepper or chili peppers and onion in water till tender; drain.
Stir in frankfurters, pizza sauce, and basil or oregano.
Cook about 5 minutes or till heated through.
Evenly divide sauce among potato halves.
Sprinkle with cheese.
