Traditional Pizza

Ingredients
  6 inch pizza bread 3
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic flakes 10
  Sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Red chili 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Clove cinnamon powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
For topping
  Onions 2
  Capsicum 1
  Low fat paneer 5 Tablespoon, grated
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Slice the onions and capsicum for topping into thin round slices. Keep aside.
2. Saute chopped onions for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add tomato puree, bring to a boil.
4. Pound together garlic, chilli powder, salt, clove-cinnamon powder.
5. Add all ingredients except cornflour, simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water to make a smooth paste.
7. Add to the boiling sauce, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
8. Stir and cook till thick enough to spread on pizza bread.
9. Cool, stirring occasionally to avoid surface from drying up.
To proceed :
1. Spread a ladleful of pizza sauce on the bread.
2. Arrange slices of onions and capsicum over the sauce.
3. Sprinkle coriander and cover with grated paneer.
4 Bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes.
