|Pizza crust||1 (Thin)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Olive oil/Cooking oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned tomatoes||16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dried basil||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Grated romano cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prebake Thin Pizza Crusts as directed.
For sauce, in 1 1/2-quart saucepan cook garlic in olive oil or cooking oil just till garlic is lightly browned.
Drain tomatoes, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
To garlic add the tomatoes, reserved tomato juice, tomato paste, basil, and salt.
Spread crusts with sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan or romano cheese.
Continue baking as directed.
