Pizza With Mushrooms
|Pizza dough||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped canned italian style plum tomato/1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and slightly cooked in olive oil to soften, then drained||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), well drained|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound, sliced thinly|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound, shredded|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1. Brush dough with olive oil and add tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
2. Cover top with mushrooms, add salt and pepper to taste, and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake in preheated 450°F oven of Pizza Neopolitan Style
