Deep Dish Cheese And Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
3 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Italian or plum tomatoes
Cornmeal
Basic Pizza Dough
3 cups (12 oz.) Sargento Classic Supreme Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 pounds lean pork sausage
1 1/2 teaspoons each oregano and fennel seeds, crushed
1/4 cup (1 oz.) Sar
Directions

Chop tomatoes; drain well and squeeze to remove excess moisture; reserve.
Grease one 14 x 2-inch (deep-dish) pizza pan or two 9 x 2-inches round cake pans; sprinkle lightly with cornmeal.
