Summer Dessert Pizza
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Firm banana||1 , sliced|
|Sliced fresh strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mandarin oranges||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Kiwifruit||2 , peeled and thinly sliced|
|Fresh blueberries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and extracts.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Press dough into a greased 12-in.or 14-in.pizza pan.
Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
Add whipped topping; mix well.
Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on top.
Combine glaze ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Brush over fruit.
Store in the refrigerator.
