Pizza With Garlic And Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Pizza dough 1
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 3 Tablespoons)
  Chopped canned plum tomatoes/1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and slightly cooked in olive oil to soften, then drained 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), well drained (Italian Style)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chopped fresh oregano/2 teaspoons crumbled dried oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Brush dough with olive oil and spread with tomatoes and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with oregano and drizzle with 3 tablespoons olive oil.
2. Bake in preheated 450°F oven of Pizza Neopolitan Style
