Pizza With Garlic And Tomatoes
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 3 Tablespoons)|
|Chopped canned plum tomatoes/1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled, chopped, and slightly cooked in olive oil to soften, then drained||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), well drained (Italian Style)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Chopped fresh oregano/2 teaspoons crumbled dried oregano||2 Tablespoon|
1. Brush dough with olive oil and spread with tomatoes and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with oregano and drizzle with 3 tablespoons olive oil.
2. Bake in preheated 450°F oven of Pizza Neopolitan Style
