1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and roll to a 12-inch circle. Place dough in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, pressing halfway upsides of skillet. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
3. Spread pizza sauce over crust, and top evenly with pepperoni and next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
4. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese melts and begins to brown. Let stand 5 minutes.
