Individual Pesto Pizzas

  Lightly packed basil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Torn spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat english muffins 2 , split and toasted
  Canadian bacon slice 2 , cut into julienne strips
  Shredded non fat mozzarella cheese 3⁄4 Ounce (3 Tablespoon)
  Sliced green onions 2 Teaspoon

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; drop basil and garlic through food chute with processor running, and process 15 seconds or until minced.
Add spinach, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice; process 30 seconds or until smooth, scraping sides of processor bowl once.
Spread spinach mixture evenly over English muffin halves.
Divide Canadian bacon strips evenly among muffin halves.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 1 minute.
Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese; broil an additional minute or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with green onions.
