Three Fruit Pizza

  Refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 (1 Roll)
  Canned apricot halves 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh strawberries 1 Pint, halved
  Fresh blueberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Pat cookie dough evenly in bottom of 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake in 375° oven for 15 to 16 minutes.
Cool thoroughly.
Drain apricot halves, reserving 2/3 cup syrup.
In saucepan, combine cornstarch, sugar, and spice.
Stir in reserved syrup; add jelly.
Cook and stir till mixture thickens and bubbles; cook 2 minutes more.
Brush about syrup mixture on pastry shell.
Arrange apricots, strawberries, and blueberries in desired pattern atop; spoon remaining syrup mixture over.
Cover and chill.
Cut in wedges to serve.
