Caramelized Onion And Sausage Pizza

|Red bell pepper||To Taste, seeded, thinly sliced|
|Sweet italian sausage||1⁄4 Pound|
|Pre baked whole wheat pizza crust||10 Ounce (Such As Boboli, 1 Piece)|
|Fat free ricotta cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non fat shredded mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced black olives||2 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. Heat the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions, sugar, oregano, and salt; cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions soften, about 3 minutes. Add the bell pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden, about 8-9 minutes.
3. Place the sausage in a small nonstick skillet and add 1/2 inch water.
Place over medium-high heat; cook, turning the sausage occasionally, until the water evaporates. Continue cooking until the sausage is browned, about 3 minutes longer; transfer to a cutting board and cut the sausage into thin slices.
4. Place the pizza crust on the baking sheet. Spread with the ricotta cheese, leaving a Winch border around the edge. Top with the onion mixture, mozzarella cheese, sausage, and Parmesan cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with the olives and cut into 6 wedges.
