Zesty Pork Pizza

Ingredients
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Chopped green pepper/Canned green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Canned pizza sauce 15 Ounce
  Italian seasoning 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Packaged biscuit mix 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cold water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella/Mozzarella/monterey jack/cheddar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a medium skillet cook pork, green pepper or chili peppers, and onion till meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Drain off fat Stir in pizza sauce and Italian seasoning; set the skillet aside.
In a large mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix and Parmesan cheese.
Add water.
Stir till moistened Pat dough onto bottom and halfway up the sides of a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan Spoon the pork mixture over dough.
Sprinkle pizza with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or cheddar cheese.
Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till bubbly.
Cut into pieces to serve.
