Pizza Dough

  Active dry yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Warm water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (105 To 115°)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 1 3/4 cups of the flour.
Turn onto well-floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. (Knead in enough of the remaining flour to prevent sticking.)
