|Buttermilk/Sour milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry yeast||1 Tablespoon (1 Package)|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese/Grated monterey jack cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup/Package)|
Combine buttermilk, sugar and butter in large saucepan.
Heat to lukewarm.
Remove from heat.
Add yeast; stir to dissolve.
Stir in flour, salt and soda until well blended.
Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 1 minute.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Pat out dough onto greased 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Spread with Topping; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
