To Make Individual Pizza Crusts: If using refrigerated pizza crust, unroll each package onto flat surface and roll each 1/4 inch thick.
Cut each into three 5 1/2-inch rounds and use remainder plus scraps to form hats and decorations.
Transfer to greased baking sheet and prick with fork to keep from puffing up.
Bake at 400°F. for 5 to 7 minutes, or until set and beginning to color, repricking if necessary.
If using frozen dinner rolls, defrost and separate rolls.
Press 2 together and roll into 6-inch flat rounds, reserving some rolls for hats and decorations.
Bake on greased baking sheet at 450°F. for 5 to 7 minutes, or until set and beginning to color. (Crusts may be wrapped in foil and stored at room temperature overnight or frozen up to 1 month.
Defrost at room temperature.) If using pita bread, divide each in half and lightly toast halves.
To Assemble: Either put out an assortment of toppings and allow each child to design his/her own pizza or assemble the pizzas yourself by spreading them with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
Final Baking: Place on baking sheets or heavy-duty foil and bake at 450°F. for 4 to 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden.
