Pizza Bianco White Pizza
|Pizza dough/1 pound frozen bread dough, defrosted||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Recipe, Traditional)|
|Chopped basil leaves/1 tablespoon dried basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic cloves||6 Large, chopped|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Fontina cheese slices||16 (Thin Slices, About 8 Ounces)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Heat an oven to 500° F. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into two 12-inch circles. Sprinkle each of two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Place dough circles on cornmeal.
2. In small bowl, combine basil, garlic, pepper, and olive oil. Spread mixture evenly over dough. Top with mozzarefla, then fontina cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
3. Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is brown around edges, 12 to 15 minutes.
