|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned pizza sauce||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits||24 Ounce (Two 12 Ounce Each Tubes)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a skillet, brown the beef and drain.
Stir in pizza sauce.
Quarter the biscuits and place in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Top with the cooked beef mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with the cheeses.
Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
You can substitute sausage for the ground beef or use half and half.
Add additional toppings as desired.
