Crispy Salmon Pizza
|Boursin cheese||5 1⁄5 Ounce|
|Smoked salmon||6 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon (for brushing)|
|Fresh dill sprigs||3|
Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
Lightly brush wedges with olive oil, both sides.
Broil for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
Let cool, then spread with equal amounts of cheese.
Top with smoked salmon.
Garnish with capers and tiny dill sprigs.
