Crispy Salmon Pizza

Ingredients
  Flour tortillas 3
  Boursin cheese 5 1⁄5 Ounce
  Smoked salmon 6 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Capers 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon (for brushing)
  Fresh dill sprigs 3
Directions

Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
Lightly brush wedges with olive oil, both sides.
Broil for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.
Let cool, then spread with equal amounts of cheese.
Top with smoked salmon.
Garnish with capers and tiny dill sprigs.
