Pizza Brunch wich
|Canned underwood deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|English muffins||2 , split, toasted|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spaghetti sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese slice||2 , halved|
Spread deviled ham on each toasted muffin half.
In small bowl, beat eggs with water.
In medium skillet, melt butter; add eggs and cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
Spoon eggs over muffins.
Top with spaghetti sauce.
Place 1/2 slice of cheese over sauce.
Broil 3- 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
