Pizza With Artichokes And Sun Dried Tomatoes
|Traditional pizza dough/1 pound frozen bread dough, defrosted||1 (1 Recipe)|
|Canned italian peeled tomatoes||28 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), chopped|
|Chopped fresh oregano/1 teaspoon dried oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Mozzarella cheese slice||8 Ounce (16 Slices)|
|Marinated artichokes||12 Ounce, drained (2 Jars, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Sun-dried tomatoes||8 , drained and cut into thin strips (Packed In Oil)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 500°. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into two 12-inch circles. Sprinkle each of two baking sheets with 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Place dough circles on cornmeal.
2. Spread tomatoes evenly over dough; sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Top with mozzarella cheese, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then drizzle each with 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
3. Bake until crusty and brown around the edges, 12 to 15 minutes.
