Ingredients
  Shredded cheddar cheese 6 Ounce
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Green Onions)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  English muffins 4 , split and lightly toasted
  Pepper white 1 Dash
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except English muffins. Spread mixture evenly on each muffin half; place on nonstick baking sheet. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
