Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dry yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Cooking apples 2 Large
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and slice apples.
Melt butter in skillet, add apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
Simmer 15 minutes, then cool.
