Pita Pizza

Ingredients
  Whole wheat pita bread 4 Small
  Tomato sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), heated
  Mushrooms 12 , sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , cut into rings
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , cut into rings
  Pitted black olives 12 , sliced
  Sausages 2 (Raw)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Grated cheddar cheese 300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place pita bread on cookie sheet and cover with tomato sauce.
Add mushrooms, peppers and olives.
Remove sausage meat from casing and arrange on pizzas in tiny clumps.
Top with a mixture of grated cheeses and season with parsley, salt and pepper.
Cook pizzas in the middle of the oven for 10 minutes.
