|Powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Making Crust)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Making Filling)|
|Cream cheese||9 Ounce (For Making Filling)|
|Sugar||4 Tablespoon (For Making Topping)|
|Fruit juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Making Topping)|
|Cornstarch||4 Teaspoon (For Making Topping)|
|Strawberries/Peaches or blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Making Topping, Fresh Or Frozen)|
Mix Crustand press thinly into 12 inch round pan.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Filling: Mix sugar and softened cream cheese.
Spread on Crust.
Topping: Mix fruit juice, sugar and cornstarch and cook; stirring constantly until thick and clear (or cook in microwave stirring frequently).
Add 2 cups of fruit and spread overfilling.
