|Bechamel sauce||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Cooked shrimp||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Cooked scallops||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Crabmeat||180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), finley sliced|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
– Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
– In a bowl, combine bechamel sauce and seafood, then spread mixture over pizza dough, cover with finely sliced mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
