Egg Pizzas

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  English muffins 4
  Pizza sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cooked, Drained)
  Ripe olives 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl, beat eggs; add green pepper, milk, salt, pepper and oregano.
Melt butter in a skillet; add the egg mixture.
Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are set.
Remove from the heat.
Split and toast English muffins; spread with pizza sauce.
Spoon the egg mixture onto muffins.
Sprinkle with sausage, olives and cheese.
Place under broiler for a few minutes to heat through.
