Peppy Frank Pizzas
|Hot roll mix||13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pizza sauce||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frankfurters||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||1 Tablespoon, crushed|
|Shredded american cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Soften yeast from roll mix in 1 cup warm water (110-115°); add dry ingredients from mix and blend well.
Divide dough in half.
On a lightly floured surface roll each half of the dough to a 13 inch circle.
Transfer to a greased 12 inch pizza pan.
Build up edges slightly.
Brush each pizza with 7 tablespoon of the oil; spread each with half of the sauce.
Sprinkle each with half of the franks and green pepper; sprinkle with oregano and top each with half of the cheese.
Bake at 400° for 23 to 25 minutes.
