These Mini Pizzas are a desire ! Try these English muffins topped with cheese, vegetables and herbs for your next meal ! Your suggestions for these Mini Pizzas are welcome.
  English muffins 4
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Green pepper strip 1
  Pepperoni To Taste
  Italian sausage 1 , cooked
  Pimiento-stuffed green olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Sliced small mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 , chopped

1. Split English muffins in half and toast in toaster.
2. Mix tomato sauce, oregano and garlic powder. Spread on toasted muffin halves. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
3. Top with desired optional ingredients.
4. Cut each muffin half into 4 pieces. Place 8 pieces in a circle on 2 individual paper plates. For each plate, cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at High, or until cheese is melted.
