Wholemeal Anchovy Pizza

Wholemeal Pizza! This is one of my favorite homemade Pizza recipes. My stress buster on a weekend is to cook some homemade Wholemeal Pizza with my husband and enjoy it with him while watching a movie!! Try doing the same, trust me, stress buster or not, you will love the Wholemeal Pizza!
Ingredients
  Whole meal bread dough 1⁄2 Pound
  Fatty bacon slices 3 , rind removed and chopped
  Canned tomatoes 7 Ounce, chopped (Half 14 Ounce Can)
  Dried onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato paste 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned anchovy fillets 1 3⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Ripe olives 5 , drained (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Roll out the dough to fit a 25cm/10 inch plate.
2 Put the dough on a greased plate and leave in a warm place covered with a warm, damp tea (dish) towel until it has doubled in size (about 30 minutes).
3 Microwave risen dough on full power for 3 1/2 minutes.
4 To prepare the filling: place bacon on a side plate and microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Drain off the fat.
5 Mix together the tomatoes, bacon, onion, herbs, mushrooms, tomato puree (paste) and salt and pepper.
6 Spread the filling over the risen dough and microwave on full power for 1 1/2 minutes.
7 Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza and garnish with olives and anchovies. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
