|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant beef flavored bouillon||4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced mushroom||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1|
|Sliced pepperoni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked crumbled bacon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large bowl, combine meat, onion, crumbs, eggs, bouillon and garlic powder; mix well.
Shape into 8 or 10 patties (about 3 1/2 inches each), flattening centers and forming a 1/2-inch rim around edges.
Arrange on broiler pan rack; broil 6 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together tomato paste, oregano and sugar.
Spread equal portions in center of each patty.
Top with your favorite toppings and cheese.
Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve immediately or cool completely, wrap tightly and freeze, lb serve, thaw and reheat in 300° oven 15 to 20 minutes.
