Herbed Ricotta Pizza has a great taste. Herbed Ricotta Pizza gets its taste from pizza dough topped with zucchini and cheese. Herbed Ricotta Pizza is inspired by many food joints around the world.
  Pizza dough 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Basic, 1 Quantity)
  Ricotta cheese 200 Gram
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh thyme 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Green zucchini 2 , sliced
  Yellow zucchini 2 , sliced
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Cheese 50 Gram

Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe then shape into a 30cm round and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
Place ricotta cheese, basil, thyme and oregano in a food processor and process until sooth, then spread over dough.
Starting in the centre of the pizza, arrange alternate coloured zucchini (courgette) slices in a spiral pattern on top of cheese mixture.
Season to taste with black pepper,sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until base is crisp and golden.
