Basic Pizza Dough

Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar To Taste
  Warm water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl mix together yeast, sugar and water and dissolve.
Set aside in a warm, draught free place for 5 minutes or until foamy.
Place flour and salt in a food processor and run for a few seconds just so that the mix sifts.
Now keep the food processor running and slowly pour in oil and yeast mixture churning to form a rough dough.
Place this dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until soft and shiny.
Add more flour if necessary.
Grease a large bowl with a few drops of oil, then roll dough around in it to cover the surface with oil.
Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and place in a warm, draught free place for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until dough has doubled in volume.
Knock out the air from the dough by kneading once again and remove from bowl.
Knead briefly before using as desired.
