Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and flatten with a hammer.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in oil. Cook for 6 minutes or until its cooked.
On a 6" pizza base, first spread the tomato sauce, then spread 1 pack of sun dried tomatoes and chicken over the pizza.
Then, spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
Put it in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Slice it before serving.
