Ingredients
  Pizza dough 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Quantity)
  Ricotta cheese 200 Gram, drained
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh lemon thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme and 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Smoked salmon slices 250 Gram
  Avocado 1 , stoned, peeled and sliced
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Tomatoes 125 Gram, halved
Directions

Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe, then press dough into a greased 26x32cm Swiss roll tin.
Set aside.
Place ricotta cheese, dill and thyme in a bowl and mix to combine.
Spread ricotta mixture over pizza base and bake for 15 minutes.
Top pizza with smoked salmon, avocado slices, capers and tomatoes.
Reduce oven temperature to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 and bake for 10 minutes longer or until heated through and base is crisp and golden.
