Salmon And Avocado Pizza
|Pizza dough||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Quantity)|
|Ricotta cheese||200 Gram, drained|
|Chopped fresh dill||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh lemon thyme/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme and 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Smoked salmon slices||250 Gram|
|Avocado||1 , stoned, peeled and sliced|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, drained|
|Tomatoes||125 Gram, halved|
Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe, then press dough into a greased 26x32cm Swiss roll tin.
Place ricotta cheese, dill and thyme in a bowl and mix to combine.
Spread ricotta mixture over pizza base and bake for 15 minutes.
Top pizza with smoked salmon, avocado slices, capers and tomatoes.
Reduce oven temperature to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 and bake for 10 minutes longer or until heated through and base is crisp and golden.
