Double Pizza Special

Ingredients
  Active dry yeast/1 cake red star compressed yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Red Star Package)
  Lukewarm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sifted flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best Flour - Regular Or Instant Blending)
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound, shredded
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Soften yeast in warm water in mixing bowl.
Add sugar, salt and oil; mix well.
Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough.
Knead on floured surface just until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover; let rise in warm place (85° to 90° F.) until light and doubled, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Prepare Sauce and Filling.
Roll out half of dough on floured surface to a 15x10 inch rectangle.
Place in well-greased 15xl0-inch jelly roll pan.
Spread with Cheese Filling.
Roll out remaining dough; place on Filling.
Cover with Sauce.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, then oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
