Cheese Pitas

Cheese Pitas is an irresistible recipe that you simply can't resist. Try this Cheese Pitas dish; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Pint (1 Pound)
  Ricotta cheese 8 Ounce
  Feta cheese 2 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Filo dough sheets 12
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Beat together the cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, feta, eggs, onion, and parsley.
Lay out the filo dough and cover with clear plastic wrap.
Using one sheet at a time, brush very lightly with butter.
Cut into 6 strips, each about 3 inches wide.
Place a teaspoonful of cheese filling at one end of each.
Fold each strip like a flag and place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter. (If desired, wrap and freeze at this point.)
Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
