|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Pint (1 Pound)|
|Ricotta cheese||8 Ounce|
|Feta cheese||2 Ounce|
|Green onion||1 , chopped|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Filo dough sheets||12|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat together the cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, feta, eggs, onion, and parsley.
Lay out the filo dough and cover with clear plastic wrap.
Using one sheet at a time, brush very lightly with butter.
Cut into 6 strips, each about 3 inches wide.
Place a teaspoonful of cheese filling at one end of each.
Fold each strip like a flag and place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter. (If desired, wrap and freeze at this point.)
Bake in a 350Â° oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
